MARIO SURYA MARPAUNG, S.H., M.H.

Obtained his Sarjana Hukum (Bachelor of Laws) degree from the Sekolah Tinggi Hukum Bandung majoring in Litigation, followed by a Master of Laws (M.H.) degree also from Sekolah Tinggi Hukum Bandung majoring in Litigation Law. He together with Demoris Pandiangan established MPR & CO. LAW OFFICE after working as a legal expertise in SIEMENS INDONESIA and PERTAMINA subsidiaries He is a licensed Advocate and a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI).

Mario’s main areas of practice include litigation, arbitration and alternative dispute settlement, general corporate, bankruptcy and suspension of debt payments, debt restructuring and insurance.
