CHRISTIAN DEMORIS PANDIANGAN, S.H., LL.M., MK.N

is the founder and a managing partner in MPR & CO. LAW OFFICE. Demoris has extensive experience working in the commercial trade and energy business sectors. Demoris has had multiple careers, having worked PERTAMINA subsidiaries, Perusahaan Gas Negara, and Petronas subsidiaries, expert in Corporate Legal and Supply Chain Management before established MPR & CO. LAW OFFICE. 

Demoris’s main areas of practice include energy & natural resources (oil and gas), mining, the environment, forestry, general corporate & investment, including regulatory and compliance, supply chain, capital markets and project finance.

Demoris holds a Sarjana Hukum (Bachelor of Laws) from the Faculty of Law, University of Diponegoro, Semarang, majoring in Commercial Law; a LL.M. (Master of Laws) degree from the University of Vrije Amsterdam, Netherlands and a Notarial Degree; a MK.N  (Magister Kenotariatan) from University of Pelita Harapan, Jakarta. 

Demoris is a licensed Advocate and a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI), the National Mediation Centre (Pusat Mediasi Nasional/ PMN), Ikatan Kurator dan Pengurus Indonesia (IKAPI), and Perkumpulan Profesi Likuidator Indonesia (PPLI).
